All of the walking

1. Get Moving: I burned 1,527 calories.  I walked 5.74 miles today.

2. Cutting Calories (goal 1,700): I consumed 1,527 calories

3. Increase Water intake: I drank 33 oz of water.

Today I got up early and went to the gym and walked just over a mile on the treadmill.  Then I went into work.  I got in several miles today working out with clients and going to the dumpster which is over a half a mile.  I then went to Kira and Cody’s house and we walked just under 2 miles around her neighborhood.  I’m very happy with the amount of miles I was able to get in today.  I’m hoping to do just as many if not more tomorrow.  It was nice to hang out with Kira and talk and eat dinner.  After I picked up my beautiful wife and we talked about her day.  I am so very proud of my her she started her field experience today and had a presentation for class.  It was so nice to hear about her accomplishments and catch up on her day.  I turned in my written interview for the job I wanted today.  I’m excited about the prospect of this new job and I really hope I get it.  I should know more by next week.  The anxiety now that the interview portion is done, however I really want to know sooner rather than later so there is more certainty in my future.
