1. Get Moving: I burned 980 calories. I walked 2 miles today.2. Cutting Calories (goal 1,700): I consumed 1,658 calories.
3. Increase Water intake: I drank 136 oz of water
I wanted to get another mile in today but work 12 hours didn’t allow for it. According to my Fitbit I walked 6 miles today which I believe because I did a lot of moving at work. The day went by really fast and I was really productive! I am almost done with 2 rows of my temperature blanket once I catch up it will be easy but I also kind of like that I am a few rows behind having started it 13 days late. I will post progress once I get a few move colors on it 🙂
