Today was a great day I finally feel the motivation which is funny since I’ve been at this for over 75 days! Holly and I grocery shopped and I picked up all of my favorite healthy foods. I have already prepared lunch and my snacks for tomorrow. I even made it all without grazing as I did it! I’m pleased as punch with myself right now. I think I’m going to try to maintain my 3 to 3.5 miles of walking and just work on less calories for now. 🙂 as things change and I feel differently I remember that it isn’t easy and that my brain, heart, and body all have to be on board to be successful!
