3. Increase Water intake: I drank 60 oz of water
I’m going a little stir crazy but I also don’t have the motivation to go any where for any length of time right now. I’m hoping that a weekend away from my apartment will help. I don’t know what to do to make it better. I find that my legs and body wants to go but my brain is way to tired to do anything. Tomorrow I am going to try to get to the grocery store so I can get some fruits and veggies (brain food) I’m hoping that will help. I need more sleep as well but when Holly works her over nights I really struggle with sleep. I’ve been putting Lavender and Cedarwood into my defuser every night which helps but sleep still is elusive. I’m going to go to bed early tonight in hope that I will be able to sleep tonight.
