I find that on days that I don’t drink enough water I also eat way to much! Due to being really short staffed I am working a lot so that means even less time with my wife and to hike. Tomorrow I’m hoping to have a less busy day with a split shift I’m hoping to get to the gym in there for the first time in a while.
