A Day With my Wife

  1. Get Moving: I burned 1,085 calories.  I walked 1.54 miles and hiked 3 miles today
  2. Cutting Calories (goal 1,700): I consumed 2,585 calories.
  3. Increase Water intake: I drank 100 oz of water!

Today was a great day.  I got in some hiking including 3 miles on one of my favorite trails, the Beaver Island Trail.  After my hike I picked Holly up from class and we went on a date.  We went to the movies and then out to dinner after, I went over my calories but that’s what happens when you have to have ice cream to have it count as a date.  Holly and I have a tradition that its not a date unless it ends with ice cream.  I’m not entirely sure how this came to be but it has been our things for quite a few years.
