- Moving: Today I walked 1 miles before work and hiked 2 miles after work. I burned 1,487 calories.
- Cutting Calories (goal 1,700): I consumed 1,690 calories today. Including Erberts and Gerberts and Pizza (that’s right I ate what I wanted and stayed under my calories)
- Increase Water intake: It could have been worse! Tomorrow I will actually keep track!
My wife has asked me to start blogging again… Apparently I am a poor communicator! Not really she just works 7 days on and 7 off so we don’t always get to see each other and she says that it motivates her. So lets catch up on the last 4 months. Over the summer I did some camping. Nothing to big but I’ll try to post some pictures. I have been working a lot! I have been spending more time with my sister and her family. Holly took a new position working overnights, which is AWESOME on her 7 days off and SUCKS on her 7 days on! I don’t see nearly as much of her as I want to on her 7 days on, but I still can’t complain because it works out. I have been trying for the last few weeks to find the person in me that likes to exercise! She has slowly been coming back. I have finally talked to everyone I left behind (when I left for the A.T.) (that I spoke to on a regular basis) and I feel better about everything. I’m working on my next adventure but I’m not sure what it will be exactly. This morning I walked a mile before work and after work Holly and I hiked two miles. It was neat we were walking along and heard something crash into the water after further investigation we saw a buck chasing a doe on an island in the middle of the river. It was a good size buck 6 to 8 points with a HUGE body! I have a few ideas brewing but I don’t think my next adventure will be as public, it causes to much pressure! I will try to keep blogging but I don’t know how often. I do enjoy keeping track of my day but it took my wife asking for me to take the plunge again!!
